baking fiesta

Had a superb baking fiesta with my sec skool pals yesterdae! Ha we ATTEMPTED to bake oreo cheesecake and marshmallows! The marshmallows were a TOTAL FAILURE. We did not see the white fluffy sweets. Instead came out some brown thick liquid.... shall investigate the cause soon. The oreo cheesecake was not bad! I'll give it 7/10! Yumilicious! Haha! Anyway much damage was done to Jas kitchen as her 20+ year-old mixer stopped on us while we were trying to cream the cheese. But luckily for us, we had a human mixer, Pauline whose superb strong arms made the electric mixer shameful! Haa.. Enuff of cheese for this week! I'm gonna attempt Apple Crumble later! Wish me luck! I need loads of it...
