The joys of baking!

I so wanna become a full-time baker!
This came after browsing thru foodie blog after blog in the wee hrs of the night, especially since I chanced upon this blog: cookingismypassion.blogspot.com.
Makes me really wanna learn those pretty cake decorating methods and PROPER KICK-ASS BAKING! Okay Guess I should make full use of my Mum who learnt some baking in her early days and is an excellent baker except that she doesnt decorate her cakes. =*(
On a side note, I just tried my first time at pumping icing on cupcakes. The icing was not too smooth but it was so fun pumping them out! Expressing art on a cupcake! Okay for now, i shall PRACTISE more!
