peanut butter cookies and popiah

was supposed to meet cheryl, erin, pau, alicia and e rest to celebrate verity's bday but last min stuff cropped up so in e end din... sigh! but well... in e end went home for dinner and my mum made popiah! yummy! ate 3 whole popiahs! den my mouth was still itchy.. soooo i decided to bake what i wanted to bake for some time: peanut butter cookies! ha.. gort the idea from reese's peanut butter cups!
well.... the result was that the cookie turned out a little too hard butttttt.... the taste was great... hmm wonder how to make it softer.. less flour? some cornflour or more milk? well...shall experiment more with other recipes next time... meanwhile i shal be a fat ass and eat all the peanut butter cookies i always wanted. wahaha
